Requirements:

You must have one of the following video player plug-ins installed on your computer in order to view video:

WINDOWS MEDIA
QUICKTIME
FLASH

To watch video simply select a player plug-in format and a speed.

VIDEO PODCAST OPTION

If you have the latest version if iTunes you may download the video podcast by right mouse clicking on the XML button then copying the link into the iTunes podcast area. Refer to iTunes Help for assistance.
